There’s a lot going on here at JACZ—but at the core, we’re just folks who care about good food, good times, and treating people right.

Whether you're hunting down a Star Valley WY diner for lunch or dinner, looking for family-friendly activities outside of Afton, or want to chat about how much fry sauce actually fits in our tankard on Highway 89, we’re here for you.

We're right between Alpine and Thayne, and whether you’re a local or just passing through, there's room at the table, at our mini golf course, or at the RV park.

The Food —

JACZ restaurant, food truck, & catering:

We’re probably best known for our epic burgers or loaded fries in the heart of Star Valley, WY (fans say that we’ll make you forget what hungry even is). Our menu is packed with a variety of flavors and we love serving up unique specials. Whether you want to dine in, drive thru, or take out, we’ve got the meal for you.

But did you know we take that show on the road? Our JACZ Food Truck is ready to bring the menu to you, and our custom catering is both off the script and off the chain.

Or do you have an appetite the size of the valley? Take on our Food Challenges: The Beat the Meat Burger, Fries, and a Float or the massive Bust the Cream Partner Sundae. They’re messy, ridiculous, and totally worth the sweet hat (aka head trophy) you might be able to win.

The Ice Cream —

Scoopz ice cream truck, legendairy creations, & sweet treats

Our vintage-trailer-turned-ice cream truck has one job: making people happy. From creamy hard scoops to bright, fruity paletas and those sundaes your mom probably wouldn’t let you finish as a kid, we’ve got the treats.

And yes, the SCOOPZ crew travels. We’ll bring the sweet treats from Jackson Hole to Idaho Falls & anywhere in between. Having us vending your wedding, class reunion, or company party will definitely make it unforgettable (& worthy of an Instagram post).

We’ve also got sky-high mammoth milkshakes with novelty flavor themes that rotate - don’t miss out when you come through town!

The Mini Golf —

PUTTZ Mini golf & miniature golf tournaments

Our mini golf course in Star Valley WY was built from the ground up by people who love this valley and don’t take themselves too seriously. Every ramp, hole, and obstacle has a little local flair—and probably a few inside jokes.

It’s perfect for family days, cute dates, or as a pit stop on your way to Yellowstone to stretch your legs.

If you’ve got a family reunion or company event, book a private mini golf party - we’ll feed you (and promise not to laugh on those warm up swings).

If you're around for a while, sign up for one of our Mini Golf Tourneys - like Glow Golf in August—it’s like a rave, but… actually not.

The RV Park —

Our RV park in Star Valley WY is right off of Highway 89 — with extra parking for your boat and toys, so getting to your next stop at Palisades, Jackson, Bear Lake, or Salt Lake City is a breeze.

Whether you’re just passing through or looking for a long-term stay, we’ve got space to breathe, and a place to unwind, (all while smelling that sweet, sweet bacon).

With on-site laundry, a full shower and restroom, (& easy access to food, ice cream, and mini golf) - this is definitely a hook up to remember.

Pets welcome, of course.

From our signature burgers (make sure to give our Yak Meat a try) to 5th of July Mini Golf Tournament and Scoopz ice cream truck sightings all throughout the region, JACZ isn’t just a place or a truck parked at an event — it’s a way to bring people together.

And while we keep the burgers dripping, it’s the people who roll through that really make this place what it is.

We could talk all day about how our burgers are the closest thing to a skyscraper in Wyoming, but we’d rather you hear it straight from the people who’ve been here.
